(2013 Summer) The drop, The break, The Pick-ups

It's finally the time we set judgement on the series we have previously chosen, after watching the first three episodes. Do note that every single title mentioned will still be under watch despite their review status.

STARTING WITH THE DROPS, referring to titles that will no longer be reviewed on the blog unless sufficient reason being evidence for the worthiness to be done so.

What can I say for the franchise image that will always remain the same? Nepnep and friends show us in animation that they aren't going to change a single bit, they are going to let monsters lick them no matter how easy it is to avoid. They just go along with it instead. Really can't get myself to do the review for second episode after watching - I rather be on the game for its more tolerable. It is however uplifting to know that the anime series actually had some scenes that look like effort being put into, it is worth watching if you have some spare time and really really not having much else to do. Decided to drop the series and just let the licking do the job.

Yes, it sure feels epic and fresh to see and hear Hibiki and friends with several addition to their looks and character theme songs, yet what was actually missing? Not fan service for sure, just look at how popular the gif of Chris transformation was on the internet - It is overwhelming to miss. What actually was missing is rather a significant improvement from the previous substandard quality of plot sequence. Everyone was hoping to see a big bam return on the plot, not the bumper of Chris for goodness sake. Sure, it is cool to see new characters appearing, not one but three but how different are they? Are we going to have a third season with six protagonist by then? Lets drop the series and drop a new beat for the girls. DOOMS DOOMS DOOMS DOOMS DOOMS DOOMS DOOMSWITH TWO HARSH SERIES DROPS, we look deeper into the other series. But wait, how can we appreciate the details when they are shards of jewel showcased every week? The reviews will all just be shards of impression too won't they?

Here are some of the series we are taking a review break from, where impressions are done only after watching a portion of content, possibly including several episodes. It is because their are good in plot as an overall but their content are all boroboro (tattered).

Thinking that the first episode was shocking, second episode proved it wrong. The third just blew up the mind filled with little assumptions. It never seems to get near the generic zone of story telling. Questions are manifesting and the answers are said to be known - there are probably several tricks to it but its no help making guesses every single week.We shall get back to this when the doubts of god are slightly cleared.

One of the series I would rather watch first hand than reading reviews of, since no one will be able to recreate an clear image of this artefact to someone new to it. Having said, you should have watched at least an episode of the series or even prior to this. Since it is a forest of context and swamp of quirky visuals, only those whom went through it will be able to fully absorb the reviews! We shall get back to this after a significant burning development having to take place!

Starting off as a gag image slice of life, we entered a horizon of mystery and trouble, finding ourselves more than expected. It wasn't as easy as we thought off. Not just the back stories but the characters we seen so far in episode 4. There are certainly a list of secrets being hinted here and there, something we definitely need to find out before the real culprit gets us. Will be taking shelter while still watching this, and we shall return to capture the mastermind!

FAN TA SHIS TA DO RUYou must have sang along to it, no point denying. The only serious scenes we have so far is probably still the opening scene when certain individual whom own the cards being chased and collapsed. Everything else after was Doll socializing and collection story telling. Feels like pokemon's "GONNA CATCH THEM ALL" eyy? As mentioned in the latest review of 3rd episode we have little knowledge of the series, if it actually had meaning to it! Till the time we have a clear understanding of what is really happening, FAN TA SHIS TA DO RU

So much cuteness, cried a river to make this decision. The series had tons of tiny little plot thanks to its yonkoma manga style but we ain't complaining! They looks good, feels good - nothing much else we can ask for, just want some adjustments to it! Thus the review frequency for the series will be moderated, so as to do a better coverage of the events! KINPATSU!NOW WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERIES PUT ASIDE, we now look at the 10 series where we will be looking weekly! These series have proven that it is worth watching with anticipating development and hype to it.

A total of 9 remaining titles we will be looking at weekly, from the very beginning promotion to the finale are shown below:

Our 2013 Summer Top Slice Of Life Series Selection (23rd July 3013)

Our Summer 2013 Top Action Series Selection (23rd July 2013)

Our Summer 2013 Top Comedy Series Selection (23rd July 2013)

Wait a minute! it mentioned that we do 10 series weekly but only 9 titles are chosen from the start as shown above?

What is the 10th title that will be appearing weekly from here?

The 10th weekly review goes to our Special Review title -C3Stella C3 buthat we have been reviewing over the past three weeks. They performed well consistently and it was a breakthrough as compared to four other One-shot reviews we had for 2013 Summer.

That is all the series we will be look at this Summer 2013, with more focus on the 10 weekly review series and to see what the other series have to offer in order to turn the tables! May we return to this on the mid mark of the season with another series overview!
