Danbo (Japanese:) is a Japanese cardboard robot that originally appeared in the manga Yotsuba&! in 2007. Similar to Domo, Danbo is seen as an icon of curious innocence.

Danbo is a character from a manga called Yotsuba &!, First published in August 2003 in Japan.

In issue # 28 (from April 2006) Yotsuba one older friend, a girl named Miura Hayasaka, dresses in a robot costume made of cardboard as part of a school project.

Yotsuba &! follow the daily life of a young girl named Yotsuba Koiwai and his adoptive father, with every chapter that occurred on the day, special almost sequentially from the public beginning on Wednesday.
