Hey everyone, Ive been watching many really good Anime shows lately, so I thought I would share them with you. Anime and manga can be considered "weird" to some people and not everyone likes it. I'm a big fan and I personally just love something that has a great story and characters. Id like to quickly say that no one should feel embarrassed or stupid for liking something, this is coming from someone who was picked on in grade 8 for watching anime. Now I really don't care, I still get weird looks (which frankly I don't get) but I just smile and gush about it some more. So anyway lets start of this list with a few shoujo animes!
Shoujo isn't my favorite, but when I'm in the mood for it it's definitely a nice pick me up!For those who don't know what Shoujo is it's basically aimed at a younger audience (teenagers) and have very cute and light hearted themes. They have breakups, love triangles and romance in them.
My top picks for this would be
BOKURA GA ITA
A very cute series with lots of light hearted scenes. It's one of those that make you smile, then make you cry the next second. I've re-watched it many times because it isn't forced and has a good story to it!
My little monster
Pretty much the same as the first one, though this one is a lot more funnier. I like all the characters though I find the main male character (Haru) a bit meh.. violent? I don't know, I loved him at the very beginning but watching the rest of the show and reading the manga I preferred her with Kenji.
OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB
Probably the funniest shoujo Anime you'll ever watch. I was watching it with my headphones in with my sister right across from me, bursting out from laughter every five seconds. It's a pretty interesting story, and has really cool characters.
KIMI NI TODOKE
This anime made me sad at times! :( I know that wasn't the intention but I felt bad for the main female. The sweetness of the romance in this series definitely makes up for it though!
CLANNAD
Also a pretty funny anime, though it can be pretty heartbreaking at times. I love the main male character and I find the relationship between them is quite funny. He doesn't originally like her.. or maybe he finds her weird is the right wording. So I love seeing the transition from dislike to like.

ATTACK ON TITAN
Ive already mentioned this in my TV show favorites, but I cant help but say again how amazing it is. It's my all time favorite anime, and I think that's because the plot is so good! I personally love anything post apocalyptic, so this was right up my ally.
free iwatobi swim club
One of the shows that I wish I didn't like but you honestly can't help to like. I don't mean it's not a good show, it's just that it can even be considered shoujo. It's a great sport anime (which im usually not into) and I love Rin and how competitive he is.
NO. 6
Ill always come back to this show, its so sweet and special to me. Ever since I watched it I fell in love with the characters and how just simple the story was. They didn't have to add in any glitter or topping to it, I loved it for what it was. I also just learned that the voice actor that play Shion is the same that plays Eren in attack on titan!
Diabolik lovers
It can kind of be inappropriate at times (uncomfortable) but I mean it's not for all audiences. I think it's more aimed toward girls to fawn over (which I did) but of course guys can like it to. I enjoy vampire anime shows, though this one is a bit different, I cant put my finger on why exactly but I like it better than all the others I've watched.
FULL METAL ALCHEMIST
I remember reading the manga in grade 8, Iwas completely obsessed with it. It's really original and I think that's why I liked it. the plot is awesome and has a lot of twists and turns in it. I love the connection between the two brothers, me being a twin I can understand why they were so close. (though I don't think they were twins) all in all, it's a great anime for those who want action and not just romance.
This is just a small list, I`m slowly adding more and more because I just started watching and getting into anime and manga after being to embarrassed to even go anywhere near it. So if you guys have any recommendations Id really love to hear them!
