Lady Gaga heads towards a second hip op by stepping out in dangerously high PVC platform boots

She never fails to disappoint when it comes to stepping out in the most outrageous get up and lately she's on a role.From wood shavings to sea shells and steampunk glasses - she's worn it all recently during a promotional assault on the UK before the release of new album ARTPOP.
