computer games

Playing computer games is a wast of time and should not be allowed. Do you agree or disagree.

I agree. I think computer games should be banned, not only because it is a waste of time. Also because i think computer games have negative effects in our life. I am an example, I like to play computer games, I also spend more time on computer work than school works, when I was in China, I use most of my time play World of Warcraft, I usually don't do my home works, and sometimes I stay up all night playing WOW with my friends. That affect my grades in a bad way, also my eyes became worth. I still remember I spend a lot of money on that game. When my parents find out I spend my time playing computer games rather than study, they decided to send me here! Computer games ruined my life! Now I still play computer games sometimes, but I really wish I can find a way to stop it, because I have a lot of works to do everyday, there's not time for me to play games, but games are like drug: easy to start but very hard to stop, when I see my level up in the game, I can't control myself to stop it. If computer games are not allowed, I would focus on study, at least I will spend my time on some more useful things rather than wasting time and spending money on games.

Most of the computer games have violence in it. People fight with others and sometimes kill the characters in the game, when a lot of teenager play it, they can't recognize what is fake and what is real.Teenagers bring game to real life, they start to fight and kill people, they do what they do in the games at real life. Computer games really have terrible affect, especially for teenagers. They waste their times and money, they become violence. Most of the people can not manage themselves very well, like myself, some times I decided not to play games anymore, and uninstall games in my computer, but I few days later, I download them again. I usually play games before I start work on my homework. Even today, I spend my Sunday morning play world of warcraft until 3 P.M. I realize I haven't finish my Blog. While doing my Bolg, I still thinking about my character in the game. I often wonder why are computer games so attractive to me? Maybe because there's a lot of people playing, it;s like a computation, when I see my friends are still playing, I feel like I should stay with them.A lot of guys put games before their girlfriend, they rather spent their weekend with their computer than their girlfriends. Computer games are like giant monster, we should ban it!!!


If computer games are not allowed, I believe people will spend more times on their real life. Computer games are like tobacco. We both know it;s unhealthy but it brings us too much hallucination so we don't want to stop it. Games are invented to make people relax themselves sometimes, not mix with our life and ruin it. I think play games once a week is not harmful but helpful. Because everybody should have at least one day a week to tale a break, do whatever them like, but if we over take the time, it is brings more harm the good. For those people who cannot control themselves very well, computer games should be banned.
