I'm really excited about the whole sci-fi trend that has really taken off in the young adult genre lately. I love reading books that take place on different planets and this one seems promising! It sounds like a book that could tackle some bigger, more controversial issues as well (like exterminating other human beings for example) and I'm excited to see how this author handles that challenge! But we'll have to wait till July for this one....

I discreetly shed a few tears on my eleventh birthday when I did not receive my Hogwarts acceptance letter and I waited seven hours outside in the rain just to get a good seat at the Hunger Games midnight premiere. I'm terrified of blood and Disney movies make me cry (in a good way). My passions include hippos, hugs, and Hans Zimmer and uh,long walks on the beach.
